Buys and sells each pay 3%: 80% enters the prize pool and 20% rewards the project. The project wallet is excluded from draws.

The current version uses a centralized Keeper to create snapshots and run draws. Every round publishes the snapshot block, winners, prizes, and transfer transactions for verification on a Robinhood Chain explorer.
